As a prominent member of the culinary community, I am proud to share my passion for healthy plant-based nutrition and overall well-being through my blog. As an experienced vegan, I have made a conscious choice to prioritize this nutrient-rich diet, favoring high-quality ingredients carefully sourced for their taste and provenance.
Certified in anti-inflammatory nutrition from the Integrative Health School of Madrid and in health coaching with certifications in plant-based nutrition and gut health, I have proven expertise in vegan culinary art. I have also studied hospitality and sommelier, allowing me to travel extensively and discover the most beautiful and delicate tables in the world.
In addition to my blog, I am also an accomplished businesswoman, graduating in Business Administration (BAA) and Web Integration from the University of Quebec in Montreal in 2015. This led me to found a pre-Columbian decorative art business a few years ago, which has been very successful with lovers of elegant and refined art.
